My journey

I started my fitness journey in earnest in September 2024, intending get get “fit by 40” - as life stresses made made me balloon to 84kg, and I wasn’t happy with my body

So I got a coach, Kyle Collymore at R3defined Coaching. It wasn’t easy, but:

  • By June 2025 I was down to 68kg and did my first photoshoot - then a few weeks later, my first half marathon in 1:41:40.

  • Then in December 2025, I did photoshoot number 2 at 62kg, then another half marathon in 1:35:38 in February 2026.

  • Followed by completing the London Marsthon in 3:35:54 in April 2026, and photoshoot number 3 in June 2026

I’ve gone from having little confidence in my body, feeling fat and unhappy, to feeling great in every way.

The improvements physically and mentally have been awesome. And now my goal to to keep running fast and lifting heavy to be be awesome!
